Damaged socks will always be replaced for free or refunded if you send visual proof to firstname.lastname@example.org. One of our agents will help you by either sending a free replacement or offering a refund.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return, replace or refund your items for other reasons, please email us at email@example.com explaining the reason. We will always make sure you are satisfied with our service.
